2011 Rebel Football League Expansion Draft Ground Rules
1. At the conclusion of the 2010 Rebel Football League season the established teams rosters will be frozen and there will be no trading.
2. The Expansion Draft selection order will be announced sometime in Spring 2012.
3. When the 2011 NFL player ratings are released by Action! PC Games some time in April 2012 the established Rebel Football League teams will cut down their roster to 35 players.
4. After the roster cut down each established team will then submit a 20 player protected list.

The Expansion Draft start date will be announced shortly after the established teams protected lists are received and the players are made public by the commissioner.
6. The SIX expansion teams will draft a 28 player roster.
7. Each established Rebel Football League team will lose seven [7] players. Once an established team has seven [7] players drafted the remainder of their players will be taken out of the expansion draft player pool.
8. After the completion of the Expansion Draft trading will then be allowed.
9. The Rebel Football League Rookie Draft will be held after the 2012 NFL Draft with the start date to TBA.
10. The Rebel Football League Free Agent Draft will be held after the rookie draft with the start date TBA.
11. In the First Round only of the Rookie and Free Agent Drafts the six expansion teams will draft 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Then, in the Rookie Draft in Rounds 2 thru 5 and the Free Agent Draft in Rounds 2 thru 20 they will draft 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th.
